1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and phlove25 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the phlove25 website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of phlove25 following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account and use phlove25 Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. phlove25 operates in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and is intended for use by residents of the Philippines.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number;
• Maintain only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited;
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share your username or password with any third party;
• Notify phlove25 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Account Verification

phlove25 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of account balances.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Balance

3.1 Deposits

You may fund your phlove25 account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, which may include GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other authorized payment processors. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction;
• You must be the authorized account holder of the payment method used;
• Deposits made using fraudulent or stolen payment methods will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement authorities;
• phlove25 does not charge fees for deposits, but third-party payment processors may impose their own fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified in your account dashboard;
• phlove25 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but typically range from fifteen (15) minutes to seventy-two (72) hours;
• Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phlove25 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 100 or five percent (5%) of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, on dormant accounts until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

phlove25 may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are provided at the time the bonus is offered and form part of these Terms by reference.

Abuse of bonuses or promotions, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, or any other form of bonus manipulation, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, confiscation of winnings derived from bonus play, and termination of your account.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

phlove25 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. You may set these limits at any time through your account settings.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to utilize our self-exclusion feature or contact organizations that provide support for problem gambling. Self-exclusion periods may be set for thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account or place wagers on the Platform.

phlove25 operates in accordance with responsible gaming guidelines established by PAGCOR and other relevant regulatory authorities in the Philippines.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on phlove25 are provided by licensed third-party game providers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment that is regularly audited for fairness. Game rules, payout rates (RTP), and other relevant information are available within each game or upon request.

You agree to use the Services in a fair and honest manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any other artificial intelligence tools;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities;
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.

phlove25 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and terminate accounts found to be in violation of fair play principles.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the phlove25 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of phlove25 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of phlove25 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the specific prohibitions outlined elsewhere in these Terms, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform;
• Use the Platform to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Engage in any form of money laundering or other financial crimes through the Platform.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

phlove25 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws;
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents;
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Prolonged account inactivity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. phlove25 will return any remaining account balance to you, minus any amounts owed to us, provided that your account is in good standing and you have complied with all verification requirements.

11. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHLOVE25 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

phlove25 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHLOVE25 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
• Any content obtained from the Services;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PHLOVE25'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PHLOVE25 IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR PHP 10,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless phlove25, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any rights of another party;
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, phlove25 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce these Terms.

15. Modifications to Terms

phlove25 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
